Scott just sits and looks at my little ones and thinks how much I love them so much. Its a love that can not be described to anyone, but on the other hand thinking that the Lord loves you the same way but 10 times more. It makes me smile and think I am blessed to have this and Him in my life! I love you!
It definitely gave me something to think about. I can't imagine anyone loving anyone more than I love my children, yet I know its possible- I know its true. Scott is pretty amazing with religion stuff. He's read the bible a few times, and even listened to it on Cd's. I love talking religion with him. I'm not sure if there is any greater conversation than that.
The kids are sick. Trinity isn't so bad, Madison is just stuffy and whiny, but Mason is pretty bad, mainly because he's teething on top of it. As I was willing him to sleep, I was thinking about all the stuff I had to do:
- 2 loads of laundry
- Clean the bathroom
- School Work
- Balance the check book
- Christmas shop
- Birthday shop (Trinity's)
- Do the dishes
- Wash some bottles
- Get some sleep
- Take a shower
Then it occurred to me:
- 2 loads of laundry~~~~~~My family has clothes
- Clean the bathroom~~~~~We have a roof over our head
- School Work~~~~~~~~~I have the ability to get an education
- Balance the check book~~We have money (at least some)
- Christmas shop~~~~~~~~My children will be able to celebrate the birth of Jesus with gifts
- Birthday shop (Trinity's)~~Trinity was born to us- such a blessing
- Do the dishes~~~~~~~~~I am able to take care of my family
- Wash some bottles~~~~~My baby is well fed
- Get some sleep~~~~~~~~I have a bed to sleep in
- Take a shower~~~~~~~~I have running water
No matter what I have to do, whether it is a mundane chore or something I need, I have the capabilities to do it. God has blessed me tremendously. God has gotten me through some terrible times, and has given me some amazing ones in exchange. My family and I our so beyond blessed, all because of God.
There are no words to describe my love for him.
Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 1 John 4:7
keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Jude 1:21
