Rambles

It's 8 o'clock in the morning. All of the kids are still asleep, which is weird. Scott has been gone since 5 this morning- he had to take his mom to the airport then go to work himself. Mason woke up for a bottle at 7:15, and has since fallen back to sleep. For some reason, I did not. I'm still tired, but just not asleep yet.

The entire house was sick, except me. Now that everyone is getting better, I have a stuffy nose and a cough. I suppose its good that everyone is getting better while I'm getting sick, that way I don't have to take care of the sick while being sick. I'm betting this isn't the last of this cold we've seen, unfortunately.

Trinity's school starts late today, which completely throws my day off. I have to wait until almost 11am to drop her off at school, as opposed to waiting until 8:45. Oh well, more time with my gal! Since Scott's mom was in town the last few days, I feel like I haven't gotten to spend much time with the kids.

Life returns back to normal, at least for a week. Next week (Saturday) is Trinity's birthday. Then the following week is Christmas, followed by New Years, then followed by Trinity's birthday party. I can't wait until we are done with the holidays. I love the holidays, but I love my sanity more.

Off to wake the sleepy heads up. Wish me luck- they normally don't wake up pleasant.
