I can't believe I forgot to do this post!
So Mason went to the doctor for his 12 month check up on June 30th. He got immunizations for the first time since 6 months (and he was NOT happy about them, let me tell you). He weighed 24lbs, 8oz (70%), 29 1/2 inches (34%) and a head circumference of 48 cm (87%). Basically, he's short and chunky with a big noggin. But he's very well proportioned :).
So far, he's taking to not having a bottle nicely. He is finally drinking milk for me, which is great. He loves food- especially when it belongs to someone else. He's saying a few words (mama, dada, aw). He says a few others, but I'm still trying to figure out if its a fluke or not.
He's walking like a mad man. He wants SO badly to run and play with the girls, but his little legs just don't go fast enough yet. Soon, I'm sure. He loves to give hugs and kisses, and occasionally will try to lick you. It's ok, I joke that he's part St. Bernard.
He loves playing with his sisters and daddy, and loves hanging out with his mama. He's still a mama's boy, but quickly learning how fun daddy can be. I think he's rather awesome, if I do say so myself.
